Our MissionTo ensure equal access to credit and capital for the under-served populations and communities throughout Delaware through education, outreach, advocacy, and legislation.
DCRAC ProfileBorn in 1987, we exist to serve Delawareans through direct services and impact services. Our direct services include helping clients resolve their issues with the IRS, lenders, and credit bureaus. To ensure responsible consumers, we teach Money Matters! through seminars, radio and television. We also work to assure that the response to the current foreclosure crisis is sound this time. We do not want to create the moral hazard of irresponsible lending.
