Low Income Tax Clinic for more info on taxes www.irs.gov

The low income tax clinic removes impediments associated with future access to credit while informs Delawareans of their wealth building opportunities.  We also work to resolve client controversies with the IRS.

Fair Housing Initiative Program for more info on fair housing www.hud.gov

The fair housing initiative program works to remove impediments to housing choice that arise from discrimination or a systemic unfairness in how credit is delivered.

Economic Impact Campaign for more info on fair lending www.ncrc.org

Because everyone in our community deserves a chance to succeed and provide for their families, we want to end predatory lending practices by some financial institutions that are charging unjustified and unpayable interest rates and fees of specific segments of our community.

Fair Finance Campaign for more info on the finance sector visit www.innercitypress.org

Fair and equal access to credit and capital allows individuals to bring about dignified economic strength to their personal lives and to our communities. Unfortunately, a segment of our community has an unequal access to credit and capital because of its exclusion from main stream commerce. A separate and unequal parallel financial system for the most vulnerable in our community is unfair. Our community needs a fair chance to become economically viable. To this end we need to work together to ensure that the principles of fairness and equality guide our access to credit and capital.
