DCRAC seeks a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Credit Clinic Director to help us achieve our strategic goals of building the ability of and opportunity to our clients to make smart financial decisions—often a new territory for them. Our Credit Clinic Director will help us explore real opportunities with our clients as partners so our clients can act in their own best financial interest.
Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to work independently and as a team, and passionate about serving the credit needs of Delawareans. Great organizational skills will help the candidate multi-task and enjoy flexibility that includes travel throughout the state and evening and weekends. Qualified candidates with exceptional communication skills will be good listeners, great negotiators, and effective communicators. Finally, we are looking for quick learners who have the drive to build their capacity by becoming subject matter experts through nominal trainings and hands-on experience.
A Master’s degree in finance, marketing, communications, or community service is preferred.
