Ensuring equitable access to legal and financial services

DCRAC History

Founded in 1987 to leverage the Community Reinvestment Act in challenging Delaware’s powerful financial institutions, DCRAC today serves consumer finance needs across the board. As advocates, educators, counselors, lawyers, and credit union members, we push for changes that affect individuals’ financial lives but that help every Delawarean.

Board & Sponsors

Our relationship with Delaware banks reaches back 30 years, and while rooted in controversy, it has blossomed into a partnership that we have come to value and rely upon.  We have aged well together. We want to thank our banking partners for their financial support of our programs. Over the years, Delaware Foundations, local, county, state and federal governments have been key contributors as have individuals who made significant cash contributions.
